I am a GCO colleague. How do I book time with an Executive Coach?
Three months after joining the GCO, Commercial Leads and Associate Commercial Specialists are invited to a Group Talent Conversation by our Executive Coaching team. Commercial Specialists and Senior Commercial Specialists are invited to a 1-2-1 Talent Conversation. The sessions outline how the GCO Resourcing & Talent team supports colleagues to achieve their leadership and career potential, including information about our GCO Executive Coaching programmes, GCF Mentoring Programme, Coaching Skills for Leaders Workshops, Talent Pools and targeted development opportunities.
