How/When do I book my ADC resit?
When you are nearing the end of your development programme/have completed all modules, the Business Operations team will contact you and provide information on how to book your ADC. You will be contacted shortly after you have completed your programme so that you can complete your assessment before your resit deadline.
You will be given access to a self-service portal and can select from a range of available dates. Availability is limited, so please book your ADC as soon as you feel ready to. Your ADC resit must be completed within your resit deadline.
What support is available to help with my ADC resit?
Once you have selected your resit date, we recommend taking the following steps to prepare:
Review Preparation Documents: Access and review the ADC preparation documents, which can be found here.
Book a Feedback Session: Schedule an ADC feedback session with a Moderator from the ADC Team. This call provides an opportunity to review your initial ADC performance and help you prepare for your upcoming assessment. To book yourself onto a feedback call, please follow the link here and use the enrollment key detailed below:
Enrollment key: Feedback_Call_1
What happens if I take an early resit and the outcome is accreditation?
If you undertake an early ADC assessment and you receive an ‘A’ in the assessment, while at a programme, you must inform the bookings team. They will then record your results once they have been published, and you may be removed from the development programme.
Request to extend your resit deadline
If you feel you are unable to attend your current GCF development programme, and this situation may impact your resit deadline, then please inform the Commercial Bookings Team at gcfprog-bookings@cabinetoffice.gov.uk, and the ADC Business Operations Team at gcfdevelopmentcentre@cabinetoffice.gov.uk.
You will need to speak with your Line Manager and complete the ‘Resit Extension Form’, which can be accessed by contacting gcfdevelopmentcentre@cabinetoffice.gov.uk.
How can I access my ADC report?
To access your ADC report, you will need to contact the ADC team (gcfdevelopmentcentre@cabinetoffice.gov.uk).
