Commercial Learning and Development - What is an Action Learning Group (ALG)?

Modified on Mon, 28 Jul at 1:19 PM

ALGs are self-managed by the group and participants will be expected to meet throughout the programme. As well as working together in their cohort, they will also be put into smaller groups to form Action Learning Groups (ALGs).

An ALG will work together to explore and resolve leadership issues that members of the group are facing using coaching skills.

If you are unable to attend a webinar whilst on a programme, you should utilise the Action Learning Group as a resource for catching up. If this is during Module 1 of the programme, Korn Ferry will provide you with information on who is in your action learning group. During Module 2, or on The Bridge Programme, the Commercial L&D Team will provide you with the information for your Action Learning Groups.
