What is self-directed learning?
Self-directed learning involves participants identifying their learning needs, setting goals, identifying resources and evaluating outcomes independently. This part of the programme provides participants with an opportunity to put their new knowledge into practice and embed learning from the programme in the workplace.
Participants will set learning goals and engage in the learning process, documenting and evaluating your journey in an online journal.
