Can I get my ePortfolio pre-checked before submission?

There is no facility to have the ePortfolio pre-checked before submission. Be sure to consult all of the resources and guides you'll have access to in ensuring that your submission includes all it needs to.

I'm on the Expert Pathway, when should I look to book my Live Oral Assessment?

As soon as the dates are released it is advised that you book within the required timeframe. This will allow you to plan out your learner journey accordingly with an end goal in mind. If you don't book your preferred within the timeframe defined then you will automatically allocated a space.

How much time should I reasonably expect to set aside to build my ePortfolio?

What is the official stance on the security of uploaded evidence documentation?

The attached document 2026-01-05 Official Statement on the Security of Uploaded Evidence Documentation outlines the assurances around information handling, including the evidence that learners submit. As per the Programme Orientation, all learners are directed towards consulting their line manager and organisational data handling if they are in any doubt as to what can be submitted. Appropriate redactions too can be considered if necessary to ensure the integrity of policies are observed.

Can Practitioner accreditation count towards or be allocated to elements of Expert accreditation, so that I only need to focus on a reduced subset of the Professional Standards? No, in this respect Practitioner is not integrated into Expert, in that satisfying Practitioner implies that a portion of Expert has now been fulfilled. The Expert Standards have their own performance criteria that must be satisfied across all Standards in order to gain accreditation at that level.

As such, receiving Achieved at Practitioner does not mean Expert criteria have also been met.
