Will I need to enter a verification code every single time I log in?

Yes. To maintain the highest level of security, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is required every time you log in to the Government Commercial College (GCC).

When you navigate to the site, you will always be asked to enter your standard username and password, followed by a fresh 6-digit verification code from your authenticator app (or email backup).

Please note our session activity rules:

For security reasons, the GCC platform has a 2 hour inactivity expiry window.

If you are logged in to the site but remain inactive for 2 continuous hours (i.e., not clicking links, completing modules, or navigating pages), the system will automatically log you out to protect your account. When you return to the site, you will need to complete the full login process — including entering a new MFA verification code to continue your session.
