Please try using Chrome as your web browser, clear your cache and do it in an incognito window, this generally resolves the issue.
Occasionally, your department’s firewall can also create these issues, so we recommend that you use a personal device, if available, once you have tried the other solutions.

You can access the GCC by creating a free Government Commercial College account and searching in the Course Catalogue for relevant courses. If you had previously signed up but have since moved departments please let us know so we update your account, so that you can keep a history of your learning.
Please note automatic GOVERNMENT COMMERCIAL COLLEGE - GOV.UK emails sent from the GCC come from noreply@govcommercialcollege.co.uk. These may get stuck in your department's firewall, please ensure this email is allowed by your IT so that important messages including your account confirmation come through.
