Commercial ADC (CL, ACS, CS or SCS)
If you wish to cancel your ADC booking for any reason, please let us know by emailing gcfdevelopmentcentre@cabinetoffice.gov.uk.
In your email, please include your name, your ADC date and your assessment level, as well as an indication of whether you would like to reschedule your ADC.
Contract Management ADC (Practitioner or Expert)
If you wish to cancel your Contract Management assessment, please follow the below instructions.
Navigate to the Contract Management Assessment booking self-service portal.
Next to your upcoming booking at the top of the page, select to cancel and include a cancellation reason.
Self-service cancellations can only take place up to 5 working days before an assessment date.
If you wish to cancel your Contract Management assessment less than 5 working days before the date, please let us know by emailing gcfdevelopmentcentre@cabinetoffice.gov.uk.
